OUR DELIVERY PROMISE

       We aim to provide a prompt and secure delivery service of your valued purchases. Whenever possible, items that are in stock will be posted out to you within 48-72 hrs of payment being received (not including weekends or public holidays).

UK SHIPPING

At present we are using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the U.K for items up to and including the value of £50.00. Anything over this will be dispatched via Special Delivery 24hr before 1.pm (items dispatched on a Friday may not arrive until the following Monday morning).

UK SHIPPING-NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We will of course, honour any request for special delivery or a next day delivery before 9.00am . Please feel free to e-mail us your requests if your order does not qualify.

Extra Charge for special delivery requests for next day delivery before 9.00am + £15.50.

Extra Charge for special delivery requests for next day delivery before 1 pm+ £10.00.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail International Signed For as standard for overseas orders which covers items up to the value of £36.00. All parcels with a total of more than this amount will incur an extra charge of postage. **However if you require a priority express delivery/trackable service, please advise and we will bill you separately for the extra charge of £25.00.

If you order qualifies for free postage,but you require a priority express delivery we will bill you separately for the extra charge of £30.00.

The shipping payment is to ensure our customers peace of mind whilst items are within transit. This means that every single item purchased from us will be signed for or trackable within the UK via the Royal Mail Website. International customers must consult their local postal service once their item has left the UK. Royal Mail Website www.royalmail.com.

Our shipping costs are averaged across the board to allow all our customers a fair rate of postage. The majority of orders shipped within the UK, with a total value of £75.00 or more will be sent special delivery.

TRACKING NUMBER

Once your contract begins with us and you have received your confirmation e-mail, you will also receive an attachment with details of your order/invoice. Amongst your purchase details your Tracking number will be stated. You can track this item whilst it is within the uk by going to www.royalmail.com . international customers will then have to contact their local postal services website to track outside the UK.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

If you are unfortunate to have your items lost or damaged in the post we will happily make the claim on your behalf to cover the cost of your items. Your items will be replaced wherever possible or an alternative item will be sent. Please remember the customer will be responsible for returned postage costs if unsuitable. Please note Your statutory rights are not affected with items of replacement and the relevant cancellation period still applies.

DISCLAIMER:

Please note: If your item has been declared lost or has found to be damaged in transit, we reserve the right for the damaged item to be returned to us by the customer. Any returned postage costs incurred to the customer, will be re-embursed by us. These costs will be sent by way of an onlinel payment only. Any other refunds for goods purchased, have to be refunded by means of which the original transaction was paid.i.e back onto the credit/debit card.

Please note:- If your order is returned back to us for reasons of non collection-invalid address or address incorrect, we reserve the right to charge for the full postage cost incurred by us. This amount may differ from the postage paid by the customer and will be debited from the total paid before refunding for the order.

If you request that the itemis to be resent then re-postage costs will be incurred aswell as the original posatge cost to us for the original transaction.
