The shipping payment is to ensure our customers peace of mind whilst items are within transit. This means that every single item purchased from us will be signed for or trackable within the UK via the Royal Mail Website. International customers must consult their local postal service once their item has left the UK. Royal Mail Website www.royalmail.com.
Our shipping costs are averaged across the board to allow all our customers a fair rate of postage. The majority of orders shipped within the UK, with a total value of £65.00 or more will be sent special delivery.
International Signed For Post through Royal Mail is charged via stages of value as well as weight. The standard cost for this service up to the value of £36.00 is £5.50, which we subsidise. If the total value of the order exceed £36.00, we will now have to charge an xtra £2.50 to cover the cost of insurance total now £8.00.
TRACKING NUMBER -INTERNATIONAL
Once your contract begins with us and you have received your confirmation e-mail, you will also receive an attachment with details of your order/invoice. Amongst your purchase details your Tracking number will be stated. You can track this item whilst it is within the uk by going to www.royalmail.com . international customers will then have to contact their local postal services website to track outside the UK.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
If you are unfortunate to have your items lost or damaged in the post we will happily make the claim on your behalf to cover the cost of your items. Your items will be replaced wherever possible or an alternative item will be sent. Please remember the customer will be responsible for returned postage costs if unsuitable. Please note Your statutory rights are not affected with items of replacement and the relevant cancellation period still applies.

Please note: If your item has been declared lost or has found to be damaged in transit, we reserve the right for the damaged item to be returned to us by the customer. Any returned postage costs incurred to the customer, will be re-embursed by us. These costs will be sent by way of an appropriate onlinel payment only. Any other refunds for goods purchased, have to be refunded by means of which the original transaction was paid.i.e back onto the credit/debit card. |
