Returns Policy-Right To Cancel
Here at Body Beautiful Lingerie we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund.
Written notification must be received within 7 days from the day after receipt of your item. Notficiation should clearly state that you wish to cancel /return your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the items in question and all returned postage costs will also be met by the customer regardless of reason for the return.
Returns MUST be received back within 14 days of purchase to be eliglbe for cancellation and full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or accept returns -cancel an order or refund. after this period has passed. Any goods sent to us after this time will be returned at the custmers own expense.
It is a legal obligation of the customer to take reasonable care of all products whilst in their posession. All garments should be in a proper resaleable condition. Goods must be received back within 14 days to be entitled to a refund. Items will not be accepted after this date.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY CHECKED THE TAG AND WASH TAG BOTH STATE THE SAME SIZE ON BOTH ITEMS - OUR SUPPLIERS HAVE A STRICT QUALITY CONTROL SERVICE.
ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED WORN OR RE-TAGGED AND WHERE THE TAG SIZE DOESNT TALLY WITH WASH TAG-WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND AGAIN WILL BE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS OWN EXPENSE

Please be aware that if you qualify for free postage as your purchases total £100.00 or more and you return items for a refund which brings the initial order below the qualifying amount, your refund will be the total of goods returned less the postage charges-which need to be re-applied.
The Distance Selling directive ensures a cooling off period and absolute right to cancel during that period. This period ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods (working days excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.) The Customer must request a return under this Directive in writing within the 7 day period. As part of the Directive the customer must also make adequate care and effort to ensure that the product can be resold as new.
Exchange Policy
Once a return notification has been received and the customer has informed of an exchange request , we will instantly reserve this item in question for no more than 7 days for items bought within the U.K. International sales will have an extended reservation time of no more than 10 days.
The qualifying reservation starts from the date the return notification has been received. However, if the requested item is out of stock we will endeavour to replace the item within 30 days from receipt of the notification date. If by which time, the item requested has not been obtained via the manufacturer, the payment for the specific item will be refunded.
Please note the customer is responsible for the return postage of any item sent this includes alternative sizes that may have been selected by us if original item/size was sold out/out of stock.
By completing any purchase and accepting confirmation dispatch e-mail, which is when the contract of sale begins, you are agreeing with these terms.
Please note there is a re-posting /handling fee of £3.95 to uk and international customers £7.50 for ex-change items.
